How long should I wait to swim, after chemicals have been added to my pool?

We recommend waiting about 2-3 hours after chemicals have beed added to your pool. Roughly one full cycle to allow proper saturation of chemicals! Time can very depending on the type and amount of chemicals added. If you aren’t sure, It’s always best to ask your pool technician!

Is my pool water effected by the rain?

Yes! The rain water will dilute the chemicals in your pool. If there has been heavy rain fall, your pool technician will likley spend time adding additional chemicals needed to balance your pool water.

How often should I be scheduling filter cleanings?

We recommend scheduling filter cleans every 3 months, 6 months if you have a DE filter. Keeping your filters clean is key to keeping your pool sparkling all year long.

Why is my pool water green?

Green pool water is a tell tale sign of algae growth. This is typically caused by an imbalance of chemicals and/or a circulation issue with your filter.
